October Ride

We will be meeting In San Clemente/ Dana Point at 8am on Sunday, October 11th.
Dana Liebermann (bentHead) wiill be leading
The ride will be down the coast to Oceanside via Camp Pendelton (be sure to bring some ID, as the Marines won't let on the base without it )Don't worry, you won't have dodge tanks
we will probably have brunch in Oceanside, after which the group will splt into 3:
1. The EZriders - Will take the Train Amtrak/Metrolink back (you can get a SWB on a metrolink rack)

2. More ambitious will pedal back through Pendelton
3. The Hammerheads will ride down to either Solana Beach or Donwtown S.d. and take Amtrak -something for everyone!

Wow, you'll plan too far in advance for me, I can't figure out which way to go until I look at a flag to see which way the wind is blowing. I ride into the wind until the clock on my computer hits its mark, then I turn around and head for home with the hope that the wind does not change direction 180 degrees. Unless I am on a trail, then they are usually buffeted by trees.....
