Oil City, Pennsylvania
The Oil City area of Northwestern Pennsylvania has a great network of trails. They are especially pretty during the Fall. http://www.avta-trails.org/trails.html

Mark,
Rural would be putting it mildly, unfortunately so would "a little hilly". It is pretty though.

Hilly wouldn't bother me as long as there was beer somewhere nearby.

Mark,
The other nice thing about Pennsylvania is that I've never seen a place with no beer. In fact, I've been a shot and beer guy for as long as I've been able to see the top of the bar. All of the mill guys would come into the neighborhood bar after shift work. It didn't matter if it was 7 am., 3 pm. or 11 pm., there was always someone standing at the bar. No barstools, everyone at the bar stood, at least until they fell down that is. I remember an "Imp and a iron" 85 cents...ah the good old days. Oh yea, that was a shot of Imperial whiskey and a 8 oz. glass of Iron City draught.

Whenever we meet, I'll be glad to buy you one!
