My mother-in-law was late for everything. It got to a point that we would tell her to be somewhere 2 hours before she had to just to get her there on time. When she passed away we had her cremated before the funeral. Unfortunately there was a problem at the crematorium and she was not ready in time for the funeral. There were people who had airline flights that night so we couldn’t easily postpone a day. We held the funeral with an empty urn.

MY MOTHER-IN-LAW WAS LATE FOR HER OWN FUNERAL!!!

I used to do that with my wife. I'd tell her we had to be somewhere 15 minutes sooner than necessary so we could be on time.

Of course any lady recumbent rider understands that anything she posts in this Forum will immediately be thoroughly scoped out by all of us middle-aged bent men... she'll have less privacy here than if she took her laptop to the Food Court in the mall... if I was a lady-type woman I'd be pretty shy about posting here. I mean, no doubt we're all among the most honourable of men, but let's face it, the bottom line is we're a bunch of guys who spend a considerable amount of time breathing heavily
