Here is an interesting model http://www.milan-velomobil.de/milan/practicality.htm The wheels are inside the body and the drive system is protected against the rain and dirt. There is also a 26” rear wheel so you can put on a electric assist if you live in a hilly area.

I think this model is developed and one can order them. They have no dealers so you have to order direct.
