New Tires Empty New Tires

Post by BluesCat Wed Nov 04, 2009 4:08 pm

Although I've got plenty of tread left on the Kenda Kwest OEM tires on my EZ Sport, when it comes time to replace them I'm looking at getting something with a little more bite for the 20" front/26" rear wheels.

The Kwests are great for road riding, but when it comes to climbing up a roll curb, or coming up over the slightest lip of a driveway opening, the 100 psi Kwests seem to have a tendency to slide along and not grip and get the wheels up and over.

Is it just me, or does this sound familiar to anyone else? If so, what kind of tires do YOU like?
