I was wondering if there was some way we could have a "Cycling Potporri" or something of that nature that could be added to the list of catagories. I would think that there are others besides me on this list that enjoy other forms of cycling and don't mind reading/posting about them. I know I wouldn't mind reading more about Peder's Unicycle and BluesCat's Batavus. I wonder if it would increase forum participation? Any thoughts? What do you think Admin, is this something that would be of interest or do you think we already have that in the Recumbent Riders Retreat section?

Hey, I vote for that. There are some types of bicycles I find interesting to read about (and even think about acquiring) that are dissed, just like recumbents, by the typical cycling forum: cargo bikes like the Surly Big Dummy and the Xtracycle conversions; electric bicycles; classic Dutch transportation bikes like the Batavus Fryslan; three-wheel bike/scooters like the Razor Powerwing; unique takes on bicycling like the ElliptiGO Elliptical Bicycle (a cross between a three-wheeled scooter and a gym step machine).

If we're going to use the Retreat section, we might jazz up the name to advertise that the space is for those types of things. How about something fun like "The Dark Side: DFs and Others," or "Bikes Roadies Don't Understand," or "Spandex NOT Required"?
