Here is the Pensacola News Journal article. We need more judges that will dish out the appropriate punishment. That's one thing I do have to say about this part of Florida, our judges WILL lock your a*# up. FHP (Florida Highway Patrol) and OCSO (Okaloosa County Sheriff Office) are both very understanding of bicyclist's rights around here, but, don't mess up on your bike either because I've seen them issue tickets and warnings to cyclists disregarding rules of the road, and that's fine with me too.
