Carlos, don't automatically assume that you need to get your Vision a new home when your challenge arrives - having two bikes comes in handy esp if one has to have extended shop time Wink

Agreed, this week I have commuted to work on my Giant, rather than the EZ Sport, as a result of windy nights and threatening storms: knobby tires on the Giant MTB run over all the trash in the road much easier than the road tires of the Sport.

So, we see that what I need is THREE bikes! Got to get another recumbent so I can have mountain bike tires on one and road tires on the other! Very Happy

PostSubject: Update on my Challenge   Thu Jun 11, 2009 11:30 pm

So 4 weeks ago Kelvin (fr:Angeltech) e-mailed me to ask if I really wanted suspension fork. The reason for the question was that they would have to make them. I explained myself again, and Kelvin told Challenge my desire for 2 wheel suspension. On Monday I finally called Kelvin and asked what is the new estimated date of delivery.

ANOTHER 4 WEEKS!!!!!!

I can only assume that they needed to make a production run of suspension forks. The waiting is now making me a bit edgy. I would have appreciated being told better detail as to the why my bike is taking so long to deliver.

I feel that not keeping me up to date is like lying to me. Grrrrrrr.

Comments?

PS I will try to make the Bent-up recumbent rally on the 27th
