When I make one of my several trips to Starbucks during the week, I take off my helmet but carry it with me. I also will comb my salt-and-pepper hair back with my fingers so all the girls can "Oooo!" and "Aahh!" at that dashing older, bike riding fellow.

I agree and I also carry another hat with me to cover my sweaty old grey "helmet head". Now, some of the bars I've found myself venturing into... affraid

Folks that wear their helmet into the Starbucks are folks that don't want you to see their "helmet hair". Lets face it, unless you have none, it is NEVER pretty... Shocked
