So true. Always the optimist, I'm hoping for a politician that will keep his word and deliver on his promises.

In Illinois I believe road maintenance is entirely funded by fuel taxes. New roads and paths come from the General Fund. That's why I could see kicking in a little for bike-centric maintenance/projects. Unfortunately, see above comment. |
